Returns/Exchange Policy
We hope that you will be truly delighted with your purchase, but there may be occasion where you feel it necessary to return or exchange an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Should you return your purchase (non-furniture) within 7 days of the date it was received, we will refund you any money you have paid us for that item (you will only need to pay for the postage). Where 7 days have passed, we will be happy to offer an exchange to the value of your purchase within 14 days. All items must be in original packaging and in a re-sellable condition.
If you have received a faulty product please log details on our Faults Section on the website.
*NOTE: Unfortunately for hygiene reasons mattresses, pillows and mattresses toppers cannot be returned if removed from their original packaging. Unless faulty, we cannot accept returns.
